DRINK SECTION - The second most important thing towards staying healthy is to monitor the amount of water we drink in our daily life. To solve this we cover the most important things related to drinking water properly.

1. Ideal Water Intake - In the first step we find out your ideal water intake in a day. This is based on your weight, your lifestyle,i.e., active or moderate, and how long you stay awake.Then we tell you after how long if you drink a glass of water, this total goal can be achieved.

EXERCISE SECTION - Here we have covered three topics. Yoga, Weights and Cardio. We have various charts, as well as descriptions about the exercises in details. These information has been thoroughly researched. It’s a valuable database to keep and use forever.

1. Yoga - Weekly charts and a complete yoga database that explains all yoga exercises, within and beyond the chart.

2. Weights - A 12 week workout plan, with beginner, intermediate and expert levels. All exercises are explained in details as well.

3. Cardio - A section dedicated to various cardio exercises in details.
